Rose Quartz Romance

This February I am thinking pink and centring my weekly posts around the theme of love, specifically self-love, because treating oneself well never goes out of style.

With roses on my mind (or maybe that’s rosé), I am currently obsessing over rose quartz. With its pale pinky hue, it’s a quieter stone than most. It doesn’t shine like diamonds or gleam like pearls. It possesses a softer tonality that whispers rather than shouts. This lends it to pair well with stark blacks to soft pastels. [LONDON] CONFESSIONS OF A PILATES ADDICT

This January I took my 500th Pilates class! Hey, we all have our addictions in life, right? For me it’s clothes, coffee, and Pilates classes. Collecting clothing has been an obsession of mine since childhood. Coffee came to me in my 20s and is a habit that I would love/hate to break. However, Pilates is a more newfound infatuation that I fell into in my 30s, after sensing that my body needed some serious TLC.
